Home Water Treatment for Peoria and Nearby Communities
Our whole-home filtration, softener, reverse osmosis and water testing work reaches homes throughout Peoria and the neighboring West Valley communities. Every visit comes with photos at each step, so you can see what turned up at your tap and each fitting that went into your home.

Where Our Work Takes Us
Most of our days are spent in Peoria and the communities that share its edges. We regularly work in Sun City, Sun City West and Youngtown, where many homes have been lived in for decades, and in El Mirage and Surprise, where newer subdivisions keep going up. The water test, the written options and the install are the same wherever you live.
To the north, we also serve Anthem and New River. The drive is longer, so we plan those visits carefully and bring the parts your system needs on the first trip. If you are close to any of these towns and unsure whether we reach you, a short phone call will settle it.

What Shapes an Install Here
- Hard water across the Valley
- Water in this part of Arizona tends to run hard. You see it as white crust on faucet aerators, spotting on glass shower doors and scale building up inside water heaters. Even so, readings differ from home to home, so we test before suggesting a softener and show you the numbers.
- Heat and garage placement
- Softeners and whole-home filters usually sit in the garage near the main line, and summer garages get very hot. We place tanks away from direct sun where we can, keep the bypass valve within easy reach and photograph the finished layout so you know where everything is.
- A mix of older and newer homes
- Homes from the 1960s and 1970s may have aging supply lines and tight sink cabinets, which matters when fitting an under-sink reverse osmosis unit. Many newer builds have a softener loop already plumbed in the garage. We check which you have before quoting, and photos show you the condition of the connections we tie into.
- HOAs and local rules
- Many communities here have HOAs, and some care about what shows from the street. Keeping equipment inside the garage usually avoids that question. Drain lines and connections are run to code, and if your town calls for a permit on the work, we handle it.
